The Fondation Oskar Kokoschka possesses the world rights to the artist’s work. As such, the Foundation is affiliated with the Swiss Copyright Society, ProLitteris, which manages its rights.

In accordance with the founder’s wish, reproductions of works may only be printed on paper. It is forbidden to reproduce works on articles in daily use such as cups, T-shirts, ties, magnets and suchlike. It is also not permitted to change works by editing reproductions. The use of works for reproduction by digital media is allowed.
